Country Sales Manager - Romania
Objective of the position:
- To keep the existing and to expand the business of the sales area.
- To acquire new customers and to realize new business.
- Participation in works groups, internal meetings, projects, team meetings, technical meetings, sales meetings, trade shows.
Responsibilities:
- Offers and sells the whole portfolio of the company.
- Sells plastic raw materials according to the plan and defined markets, in order to reach the volume goal and results.
- Independently handles buying target customers and all other customers in order to sell to those and into the target markets.
- Reaches for a close coordination of the company’s objectives, in order to achieve the requested market share and pricing.
- Develops strategies to keep existing products in the markets and will introduce new products into those markets.
- Travels min 3 days per week, in order to visit on a regular basis target customers and customers.
- Cooperates with the inside sales representative in order to follow up on scheduled work, e.g. offers, organization of appointments, samples provided to customers, plan adjustments.
- Transfers all information into the internal IT system.
- Establishes the volume plan in total for his area and per customer per product in coordination with the Product Management.
- Assesses and observes the markets due to personal contacts to clients and other individuals as well as collects and evaluates all relevant information.
