EUROPE| The Role: This role bridges technical, commercial and strategic domains – working closely with R&D, sales, marketing and key players to drive growth within the Wire & Cable segment, covering comprehensive spectrum of polymer materials used in production within the Wire & Cable sector. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing or application development in the Wire & Cable materials industry. • Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing. • Familiarity with Wire & Cable producers’ requirements, specifications and approval processes. • Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills. • Knowledge and networking withing the Wire & Cable industry. • Willingness to travel, also abroad, to customers, trade shows and manufacturing sites. Main Tasks: • Lead and implement the global Wire & Cable product strategy. • Cross-functional collaboration with local and global sales and R&D teams. • Partner with Sales and Technical teams to identify application opportunities. • Monitor industry trends, regulations and competitor offerings in the Wire & Cable space. • Product expert in customer meetings. • Coordinate the OEM co-operations across the global sales teams. • Strategy development for the Wire & Cable R&D teams. • Support Marketing with product contents and technical collateral. |
