POLAND| The company: Our client is a well-established European manufacturer of specialized polymer materials with a strong focus on circular economy solutions. Tasks & Responsibilities: • Definition and implementation of corporate strategy. • Setting annual objectives and KPI’s. • Planning of investments and technological development. • Representation of the company to shareholders, authorities and key customers. • Monitoring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, REACH and SHE regulations. • Approval of the organizational structure, corporate policies and processes. • Responsibility for the budget, EBITDA, cost structure and financial stability. • Management of production and operational processes. • Optimization of efficiency (OEE, Lean, KPI). • Coordination of laboratory work, i.e. operational quality control and product development activities. • Supervision of logistics, warehousing and procurement. • Preparation of company processes and readiness for internal and external audits. • Implementation of ISO processes in operational areas. • Analysis of production costs, waste and efficiency. • Introduction of improvement measures and projects. Profile / Requirements: Education: • University Master/ Bachelor degree – preferred fields: Mechanical / Process Engineering, Polymer / Materials Science, Economics/ Management. Professional Experience: • Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in managing a production company or a major operational area, incl. production, laboratory, logistics, warehousing; leading organisations with 20–100 employees. • Experience in industries such as plastics, chemicals, processing and technical manufacturing. • Experience in working within international groups and cooperation with foreign subsidiaries. Expertise and Competencies: • Knowledge of the entire operational process chain of a production company. • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; desirable ISO 14001, ISO 45001. • Knowledge of quality processes.
