Position Overview: As the company expands globally, starting with a focus on the UK, EU, and USA markets, Floreon seeks an experienced commercial professional to drive ambitious growth and help establish Floreon’s plant-based compounds as industry-leading solutions. Key Responsibilities: • New Customer Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure new clients to grow Floreon’s customer base. • Pipeline Management: Independently manage a sales pipeline, ensuring efficient project progress from lead to close. • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. • Market Research & Strategy: Monitor market trends, adjust strategies as needed, and conduct continuous research to identify new opportunities.
