Purpose of the Position:

• To support efficiently under his/her guidance the field seller activity at his/her customers’ actual and potential portfolio.
• To plan, develop and manage pro-active sales of some customers in close cooperation with the account manager.
• To manage own portfolio of accounts.
• To report to Team Lead Inside Sales.


Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor, similar through experience.
• Fluent Finnish and good English knowledge; Swedish would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge MS Office.
• Pro-active attitude.
• Commercial talent.
• Team player.
• Well organized.
• Accurate.
• Communicative.
• Flexible.


Scope:

• Number of account managers.
• Number and size of customer’s portfolio.
• Type of Businesses.
• Number of orders.


Principal responsibilities:


• Processing incoming orders and ensure the appropriate delivery of the goods.
• Checking the validity of the pricing and credit conditions.
• Executing and following up on the commercial and administrative tasks related to his/her customers’ portfolio.
• Being aware of and apply the Supply Chain procedures.
• Pro-actively seek for additional sales at existing or developmental customers.
• Following up sample deliveries.
• Providing active support to his/her RPM’s to elaborate accurate sales forecast.
• Comforting/reinforcing the company’s image in terms of service at customers.
• Contributing to the in depth knowledge of the customer through his/her regular contacts.
• Sharing with the field seller a similar understanding of the Company’s strengths, weaknesses and opportunities at his/her customers.
• Back up and train his/her colleagues.
