Main Responsibilities: • Proactive business development in the area of Film and Lightweight Segment including: -film extrusion (barrier films, extrusion coating, lamination, and others); -compounding (impact modification, coupling agents, wire and cable compounding); -recycling (compatibilizers, impact modification), etc. • Follow-up of existing projects. • Development of new customers and business projects. • Monitoring and getting involved in customer’s development activities. • Visiting relevant marketing events, fairs and networking with OEMs, tool producers. • Meeting planned business development goals. • Explore new markets. • Sharing best practices and successes with sales team. • Technical support to customers and sales team (material selection, solving issues in processing).
