POLAND| Key Responsibilities: • Manage and expand existing customer relationships in Poland. • Acquire new customers and develop new business opportunities. • Plan and conduct customer visits and sales meetings. • Full budget and sales responsibility for the Polish market. • Monitor market developments and competition; derive appropriate sales strategies. • Provide technical consulting in close cooperation with product development. • Support customer sampling processes and project follow-ups. • Prepare statistics, forecasts, and customer development plans. • Handle complaints and maintain close alignment with the sales management team. • Record customer orders and forward them promptly to internal sales operations. Professional Requirements: • Completed technical or business-related university degree. • Several years of sales experience in the plastics industry (compounds, granulates, masterbatch). • Strong knowledge of materials engineering and compounding processes. • Polish: fluent/negotiation level (mandatory). • Good English skills, German skills an advantage. • Residence/presence in Poland (mandatory; residency preferred). • Skilled in MS Office and experienced with ERP systems. • High willingness to travel within Poland + valid driver’s license (Category B).
